Coaching Package Summary

At the Trailhead:

After you book a package, a Whole Health Guide will be emailed to you.

First Mile:

First Session (~90 minutes); After this session you will be asked to complete a Personal Health Inventory (PHI) assessment.

Second and Third Sessions (~60 minutes each); These sessions are our foundation work to set SMART goals and plan action steps.

Finding Your Stride:

On-going 1:1 sessions (bi-weekly ~30 minutes each)

Going Forward:

Carry your new and improved sustainable habits forward with independence and confidence!
