When visitors complete forms on the site we collect the data shown in the form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The only personally identifiable information we collect is what you voluntarily provide. Collected information may include name, email address, phone number (if applicable), any payment information (processed by Stripe), any scheduling information (though Acuity) and website usage data (via cookies/analytics).

This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information pertaining to or market to children under the age of 18 years old.
